DESCRIPTION:

The non-profit organization the State Agency "International Programme Agency for Youth" (IPAY) is an institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and Science. The basic purpose of the IPAY is implementation of the European informal education programme "Youth" in Latvia (from 18.05.2000 to 31.12.2006) and provision of Latvian youth with information about Europe, managing the national structural unit of the European youth information network Eurodesk.
